In this role, you’ll: Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to bring in high-quality candidates for our Retail Brands. Drive the candidate experience – from application to offer – ensuring it’s seamless, professional, and engaging. Support proactive sourcing by connecting with passive talent through social media, networks, and outreach. Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, right-to-work checks, background checks, and interview scheduling. Track recruitment metrics and help us deliver on SLAs and diversity goals.
